By accessing or using the Turnz platform ("Service"), operated by Yaxley Studio Pty Ltd (trading as Turnz) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Turnz is a platform that connects short-term rental property hosts ("Hosts") with independent cleaning professionals ("Cleaners") for turnover cleaning services in the Sydney metropolitan area. Turnz acts as a facilitator and is not a party to the cleaning service agreement between Hosts and Cleaners.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Hosts agree to: provide accurate property details, maintain safe working conditions for Cleaners, ensure properties are accessible at scheduled times, and pay for completed cleaning services promptly.
Cleaners are independent contractors, not employees of Turnz. Cleaners agree to: complete assigned jobs to a professional standard, follow property-specific instructions, upload verification photos, and report any property issues promptly.
Turnz charges a platform fee per completed turnover. Hosts are charged the agreed cleaning rate plus a $9 AUD platform fee. Cleaners receive the agreed cleaning rate minus a $9 AUD platform fee. Payments are processed via Stripe. All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Job cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Turnz reserves the right to cancel or reassign jobs at its discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Turnz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the platform fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
